In Revelation 13:1 John says that he.."saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and 10 horns", (the 7 heads are an icon representing one-world ruling dictatorship, kept alive by the roman Church), and in Rev. 17:3 he says "I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet colored beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and 10 horns.

The Roman empire never actually died, but received a "deadly wound" in 476 A.D. This is the fourth Gentile kingdom (legs of iron) and will also will be the final Gentile kingdom (10 toes of iron mixed with clay). The "Deadly Wound" that John refers to in Rev. 13:3 is the restoration of the "Imperial Rule" of the Roman Empire. This government will be ruled by a "Caesar" - the antichrist. It will be interesting to show here a comparison of the Ancient Roman Empire and the Empire that will be in the end.

In ancient Rome:

The Emperors ruled the world
The Emperor's title was "Pontifus Maximus" and was to be worshipped as a god
The early church was persecuted, and all who did not submit were killed

In the end time Imperial kingdom:

The antichrist will have power over all the world [Rev 13:7].
All people shall worship him as god [Rev 13:4, 2Thess 2:3-4].
All will worship the beast or be killed…Rev. 13:15 which means submit to their form of government or be persecuted and killed.

The seven heads are:

The seven mountains of Rome (Rev 17:9-10)
Seven kings…"five are fallen"..These are the Caesars of 46 B.C. - 476 A.D. (the countries of Daniel’s image) Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Medes & Persians, Greece, ROME 6th “is” sitting on 7 mountains,)
Or. Alexander the Great & Greece, being split into 4 countries; Egypt, Asia Minor, Syria & Greece = 5, Rome being the 6th, as Daniel 8:21 states that the rough Goat (Al the Great) is the first.

"One is"…The Papal Roman church…please understand that cardinals crowned kings, and could "excommunicate" them, thereby "ruling over the kings" Rev 17:18, and that Cardinals wear Scarlet color and Bishops wear purple Rev. 17:4. The Roman Catholic doctrine on the Eucharist is the "golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication". Constantine saw that his empire was waning, and had a demonic vision of a flaming cross, and heard the words “In this sign conquer”. He was an unconverted pagan, yet he called, paid for, and presided over the 1st Eccumenical council at Nicea, 325 A.D. and he wrote its dictates into law, thereby passing his power into a heretical church, and plunging the world into the dark ages. All of the beginning 7 councils had one question continually being debated at each one….Who is Jesus????

"One is yet to come"…is the antichrist.

The "Woman" is the Roman Church, which is the "wounded Roman Empire" which has been secretly kept alive through Papal Rule. Rome is the only city in the world known as.."the city that sets on seven hills", and is literally been built upon seven mountains. "The whore" is an icon representing the place where the “wounded head” could be hidden and kept alive. The idea of a man being “God” and his word infallible, and his power as such to establish or abolish laws and kings has kept this idea and power structure alive for later use by the anti-christ.

According to Daniel 8:21, where Alexander the Great is referred to as…"the king of Grecia…is the first king" The kingdom of Greece conquered the entire world through Alexander the Great, and when he died, it was divided among his four generals (totaling 5 kings) and all was conquered by Rome. The 6th head that John refers to is a king (Rome) sitting "on the seven mountains". World history tells us that Roman domination began to decline in 180 A.D., but didn't fall until 476 A.D., when North Africans led by Hannibal defeated Rome by the sword. This brought world Caesar rule to an end, but it didn't completely die, because it stayed alive through the Roman Church, and from the sixth century to the fifteenth century the Papacy ruled the world. The "woman" (Roman church) is NOT the beast, or any part of the beast, she only rides it, and preserves the government and ruler style.

The Caesar was bestowed with the title "Pontifus Maximus" making him the official High Priest of the Babylonian cult religion. This explains the title of "the woman" in Rev. 17:18. The god they worshipped was "Mithros".

"The Beast" is both a governmental system; consisting of ten nations and their rulers, and the anti-christ himself. This block of nations will be the E.C.M. or European Common Market.

The "woman" is Papal Rome who "sits on the seven mountains" because the Popes were the successors of the Caesars of Rome, set in place by Constantine in 325 A.D. Charlemagne, Charles V Hapstad, Napoleon and Hitler were all men who considered themselves Emperors to rebuild and rule the ancient Roman empire. Charles the Great was called Charlemagne, and his empire was called "The Holy Roman Empire". It is this region of the world that will produce the world’s last wicked kingdom.

The Mark of the Beast

Revelation 13:16-18
The Devil always has a counterfeit for what God does. “A Mark” has been done before: Genesis 4:15, Ezekiel 9:4, Revelation 7:3-8.

In order to buy or sell, “the mark” will need to cause banking machines to function. Because of this, the mark will no doubt be a bio-microcomputer chip inserted just under the skin of the hand, or , if a quadriplegic, in the forehead where a scanner can be operated. Such a device has been in use since 1980 in animals, able to contain personal data, and monitor of bodily life functions, also being able to be tracked, for security purposes by GPS.
