IV. THE E.C.M. (European Common Market) and its' geographic significance.

The year was 1947. The setting was London, England. An alliance called "The International Study and Action Committee for the Socialist United States of Europe" was founded. The head of this committee was a Belgian socialist named Paul-Henri Spaak. The common market treaties came from his report. In July, 1952, The foreign ministers of several foreign nations met in Paris, France to discuss the forming of the common market, with its official language and headquarters site.

Representatives of France, Belgium, West- Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and ITALY signed the treaties in ROME on March 25, 1957. This was known as "THE TREATY OF ROME" and came into effect January 1, 1958. This treaty of Rome created a law making community, and in 1958, this treaty effectively placed the whole of European economy under this community's jurisdiction. A young German economist of the ECM staff said "We are tired of shooting at each other. From now on, our goal is one flag, one currency, and one country".

In 1993, a Danish official referred to the ECM block of countries as "The Country". Duty tariffs and fees were to be paid only upon leaving "The Country". Today, their one currency is "the Euro". There is an immense computer housed in the three-story ECM administration building in Luxembourg called "The Beast". Their strategy is a plan that involves a digital numbering system for every living human on earth. A number will be assigned to every earth citizen to buy and sell, avoiding the need for credit or currency exchange. Now all the ECM is waiting for is its leader. Paul-Henri Spaak, early planner of the ECM and Secretary-General of NATO said "We do not want another committee: we have too many already. What we want is a man of sufficient stature to hold the allegiance of all people, and lift us out of the economic morass into which we are sinking. Send us such a man, and whether he be god or devil, we will receive him."

The ECM headquarters building is in Brussels, Belgium, and has 10 flagpoles erected around this three-sided building. Interesting, yes? This will be where the world will receive a one-world economy (Rev. 13:16,17), a one-world government (Rev. 13:7), and a one-world religion (Rev. 13:12-15). The "little horn" of Daniel 7:3 will become the one world ruler.

Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea. 3And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another. 7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.

Revelation 13:1
And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

According to Daniel 7:8.. the antichrist will also come from this part of the world. "…and behold, there came up AMONG THEM another little horn". The term “little horn” probably is describing the size of the country that he comes from. Greece conquered the world, and then Rome Ruled after Greece. When Alexander the Great died, his rule was divided up among his 4 Generals. Syria was one of the regions. Daniel is telling us that the boundaries of the ancient Roman empire will bring forth the "little horn". France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, and Switzerland are the region of the world to watch. Antiochus Epiphanes came from Syria, and he was a type of the anti-christ. There is a palace in the desert there today where a “dark prince” resides, who could be the false prophet.
